Consent and Document Version Logging Policy

For each acceptance the system stores: user ID, document type, version number and an immutable copy of the edition, language, date and time, channel, IP/device, button/checkbox text and result. Marketing consent is recorded separately from mandatory terms.

A new edition undergoes legal and product approval. For material changes the system requests re-acceptance before use of the affected feature. Withdrawal is recorded like consent and propagated to all related systems. The log is protected against alteration, access to it is restricted, and the retention period matches the period for protecting rights and mandatory requirements.
