AI Quality Control Policy

Purpose and risk

The model is used as a preliminary search tool and does not make legally binding decisions. The product owner approves permitted scenarios, prohibited uses and quality metrics by sign type and language.

Data and versions

For each run the model version, index/registry version, source date, parameters and result are recorded. Training and test sets are checked for provenance, rights, personal data, duplicates and representativeness. User materials are not included in training without an established basis.

Testing

Before release, search completeness, false matches, robustness to spelling and image variants, and a specialist’s manual sample review are assessed. Acceptance threshold: [METRICS]. Material degradation leads to rollback or feature restriction.

User protection

The interface shows the probabilistic nature, sources and data date, and does not use wording such as “guaranteed to register.” Complaints are labeled, analyzed and not used for training without review. Material methodology changes are documented.
