Tariffs and Credits Rules

1. Tariffs

Before payment the plan name, price, taxes, number of credits, features, limits and validity period are shown. A price change does not affect an already paid volume, except for a renewal expressly provided for and accepted by the user.

2. Credits

A credit is an internal unit of account for access to Belgi.ai operations. The number of credits per action is shown before launch. Credits are not currency or electronic money and may not be sold, transferred between unrelated accounts or withdrawn. Validity of purchased credits is [PERIOD]; of bonus credits — [PERIOD].

3. Deduction and adjustment

Deduction occurs after confirmation that the operation has started. On a technical failure before a result is generated, the credit is restored automatically or after a request. If a result has been generated and is available, the service is considered provided even if the user’s outcome did not match expectations. Administrative top-ups are recorded in the log with basis, author and date.

4. Subscription

If auto-renewal is used, the user sees the period and amount in advance and may disable renewal before the charge date. An unused balance carries over only if expressly stated in the plan.

5. Corporate accounts

Allocation of credits among employees, limits and roles are set by the client’s administrator. The Owner is not liable for internal allocation made by an authorized administrator.
