1. Subject matter

At the Client’s order, the Contractor checks completeness of data, helps form the list of goods and services, prepares and/or files the application, tracks statuses and informs the Client. Specific stages are marked in the Assignment. Representation is carried out only where the necessary authority exists.

2. Client’s obligations

The Client promptly provides accurate data, confirms rights in the sign, approves the image, applicant, classes and list, pays for services and state fees and responds to requests. The Client bears the risk of consequences of incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Contractor’s obligations

The Contractor acts in good faith, keeps documents, reports material notices and does not change approved information without consent. The Contractor does not guarantee registration, as the decision is made by the state authority.

4. Price and stages
