State Fees and External Expenses Rules

State fees, charges, patent attorney, translation, notarization and delivery services are not included in the Belgi.ai price unless the order expressly states otherwise. Before payment the user receives a quote showing the recipient, purpose, amount and quote validity period.

If Belgi.ai accepts funds for subsequent payment to a third party, they are accounted for separately from the service fee. After payment the user is given confirmation. A change in the official fee amount before the moment of payment is paid by the user after agreement.

A fee refund depends on the rules of the relevant recipient. Belgi.ai returns to the user only the amount actually refunded, less permitted and previously disclosed expenses. The service does not promise a fee refund upon refusal of registration, withdrawal of the application or missing a deadline through the user’s fault.
