The User uploads only materials they are entitled to use and transfer for processing. Illegal content, third-party personal data without a legal basis, malware, trade secrets without authority, and materials that infringe copyright, trademark or other rights are prohibited.

Rights in the materials remain with the User or the relevant right holder. The User grants the Owner a non-exclusive license limited to the term of service provision for technical reproduction, analysis, formatting, storage and transfer to authorized recipients. Use for training a general model is allowed only after anonymization or with separate explicit consent.

The Owner may automatically scan files for security, limit format and size, isolate malicious materials and delete content after notice or immediately in case of a legal or technical threat. A right holder’s complaint is sent to [LEGAL EMAIL] with a description of the object, proof of rights and a link/ID of the material. The User is given an opportunity to respond where law and security allow.
