1. Purpose

Belgi.ai automatically compares the entered sign with available registry records and other permitted sources, analyzing verbal, visual and/or semantic features. The result helps conduct a preliminary search and identify objects for further review.

2. Limitations

The result is a probabilistic informational assessment. It is not an examination by a state authority, a legal opinion, confirmation of the absence of third-party rights or a guarantee of registration. A registry may be incomplete, update with delay or contain errors; the algorithm may miss a similar sign or show an irrelevant match. The assessment depends on spelling, image, classes, goods list and quality of source data.

3. User responsibility
