Refund Policy

1. Grounds

A refund is considered in case of a double payment, an erroneous charge without credit of credits, confirmed prolonged unavailability of a paid feature, or cancellation of an unused service where a right of refund is provided by law or the offer. State fees and actually incurred expenses are refunded only if returned by the relevant recipient.

2. When the service is considered provided

A check is considered provided after an available result is generated; application support — by the stages stated in the order and acceptance act. Disagreement with a probabilistic AI assessment or a refusal by a state authority is not in itself a technical defect of the service.

3. Request

A request is sent to [BILLING EMAIL] within [PERIOD] with account ID, date, amount, transaction ID and reason. A decision is made within [PERIOD] business days. The refund is made by the same method unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider. The bank’s crediting period is not controlled by the Owner.

4. Partial refund

The cost of stages already provided, used credits and confirmed external expenses may be deducted from the amount. The calculation is sent to the user. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract remain in force.
